This Privacy Policy explains how TravelFitAI ("the App"), operated by DC Photon Labs (Dimitrios Christaras L.P.) ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you use the App.
We collect the minimum data required to generate and personalize your workout plans:
TravelFitAI uses third-party artificial intelligence providers to generate workout recommendations. Data you submit to generate a plan (such as fitness goals, equipment, and trip details) may be transmitted to these AI service providers strictly to produce your workout output. This data is processed under each provider's own data-handling terms and is not used by us to train third-party foundation models. We do not knowingly send government IDs, financial account numbers, or precise health/medical records to AI providers.
TravelFitAI may request access to your device's camera or photo library only if you choose to attach an optional progress photo or profile picture to your account. This access is opt-in, used solely for the feature you invoke, and is never activated in the background. You can deny or revoke this permission at any time in your device settings without losing access to core workout-generation features.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: (a) AI service providers as described above, strictly to generate your requested content; (b) infrastructure providers (hosting, analytics, crash reporting) acting on our behalf; and (c) authorities where required by law.
We retain account and fitness profile data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the App's features. You may request deletion at any time as described below.

By downloading, accessing, or using TravelFitAI (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is operated by DC Photon Labs (Dimitrios Christaras L.P.) ("we", "us", "our").
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital consent age in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
Workout plans and recommendations are generated using artificial intelligence and are provided "as is" for informational and motivational purposes only. They do not constitute medical, health, or professional fitness advice. Always consult a qualified physician or certified trainer before starting any exercise program, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition. You assume full responsibility for any injury or harm resulting from use of AI-generated workout content.
Certain features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase processed through the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). Billing, renewal, and cancellation are governed by that platform's terms. All purchases are subject to the platform's refund policy.
The App, its design, branding, and underlying software are owned by DC Photon Labs (Dimitrios Christaras L.P.) and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you input, but grant us a limited license to process it to provide the App's functionality.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason permitted by law. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DC Photon Labs (Dimitrios Christaras L.P.) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including personal injury, arising from your use of the App or reliance on AI-generated content.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hellenic Republic (Greece), without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

This Privacy Policy explains how ReceiptoAI ("the Service"), including our Android app, web app at receiptoai.com, and related backend services, collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Service. The Service is operated by DC Photon Labs (Dimitrios Christaras L.P.) ("we", "us", "our").
To scan, organize, and report on your travel receipts, we collect:
receipts+<alias>@receipts.dcphotonlabs.com) and process inbound messages you send there, including sender address, subject, message body or plain-text content, attachments, and delivery metadata needed to create receipts.If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction requiring a legal basis, we process personal data as follows:
ReceiptoAI uses OpenRouter to route receipt extraction requests to third-party artificial intelligence and OCR models (currently Google Gemini). Receipt images, PDFs, and extracted or forwarded text are transmitted to these providers strictly to perform extraction. Every request instructs OpenRouter to use only providers that do not retain the request after answering it (zero data retention) and do not use it for training. We do not use your receipt content to train AI models, and we do not sell receipt data to third parties.
We use trusted providers that process data on our behalf, including:
receiptoai.com).receipts.dcphotonlabs.com.These providers act as processors under our instructions. Some may process data in the United States or other countries outside the European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and/or equivalent transfer mechanisms offered by our providers.
ReceiptoAI requests access to your device's camera to photograph receipts, to your photo library to import existing images, and to local files for uploads. On the web app, you choose files from your browser. These permissions are used only when you initiate a scan or upload and are not used in the background for unrelated purposes. You can deny or revoke access in device or browser settings; some features (camera scan, gallery import, or email-in attachments you do not forward) may then be unavailable.
The web app at receiptoai.com uses strictly necessary authentication session mechanisms operated by Firebase Auth and may store functional preferences (such as language) in your browser's local storage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on the Service. You can clear site data in your browser settings, which may sign you out or reset preferences.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: (a) AI/OCR and email service providers as described above, strictly to provide the Service; (b) infrastructure, subscription, and payment providers acting on our behalf; and (c) authorities where required by law.
We retain receipts, expense data, exports, and account data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service (for example, historical expense reports). When you delete your account (see below), we erase personal data from our active systems, including Firestore records, email-alias mappings, organization membership links, and files in cloud storage (receipt images, report PDFs, signature images, and prior export files). Residual copies in encrypted backups, if any, are removed on our normal backup rotation cycle (typically within 30 days).
Crash reports are kept by Firebase Crashlytics for 90 days and then deleted automatically.
Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription — cancel it first (see our Terms). Purchase and transaction records held by Google Play, Stripe, and RevenueCat are kept by them as required for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes under their own policies; you can ask us to request deletion of the RevenueCat record linked to your account.

Data extracted from receipts (amounts, dates, categories, currency conversions, and summaries) is generated using artificial intelligence and OCR technology and is provided "as is". Extraction may contain errors. ReceiptoAI is a productivity tool only and does not provide tax, accounting, financial, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any receipt data or expense report before relying on it for reimbursement, tax filing, or accounting purposes.
If you use email forwarding, we provide you a personal address of the form receipts+<alias>@receipts.dcphotonlabs.com. You agree to:
The free plan includes a limited number of AI receipt scans per month and a limited number of active trips. Premium adds a larger monthly scan allowance, unlimited active trips, PDF expense reports with receipt images, and data export. Premium works on every platform you sign in to with the same account (Android app and web app), wherever you bought it.
AI scanning has a real cost for every receipt, so every plan has limits, shown in the app: currently 5 AI scans per month on the free plan and 250 AI scans per month on Premium, with a limit of 100 AI scans per day on all plans. Monthly limits reset on the 1st of each month and daily limits at midnight (UTC). When a limit is reached, you can still add and edit receipts by hand; scans that fail are not counted. We may change these limits; we will not reduce the Premium monthly allowance during a billing period you have already paid for, and we will tell you in advance of any reduction.
Google Play purchases: refunds and withdrawal are handled by Google under Google Play's refund policy and terms; you can request a refund from Google Play.
Web purchases: if you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK, you have the right to withdraw from the subscription within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason, by emailing dc.photon.labs@gmail.com with your account email and a clear statement that you are withdrawing. By completing a purchase, you ask us to start providing Premium immediately. If you withdraw, we refund your payment within 14 days, minus an amount proportionate to the days of Premium you used before withdrawing. Refunds are made to the original payment method. Outside the withdrawal period, payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
Organization license codes may be supplied separately to businesses under a direct agreement with us. B2B licenses grant Premium-equivalent access to named seats within an organization, with scan limits and terms set out in that agreement, and are not subject to app-store or consumer withdrawal rules unless required by your contract with us or by law.
Premium subscribers may download a copy of their data from Account settings (summary JSON or full ZIP archive), subject to a 48-hour rate limit between exports. You may delete your account at any time from Account settings; deletion permanently removes your profile, receipts, reports, stored files, email-alias mapping, and authentication account, as described in our Privacy Policy.
